Custom Made Products:
Custom made products are non-refundable as they are custom made for you (in sizing and detailing) as an individual and are not for resale.

We strongly recommend that you look at guides and contact us if you have any questions, before placing your order.

The perfect fit guarantee!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your first order, we will be more than happy to provide one alteration or remake it - on us.

  • The Perfect fit guarantee is only valid for your first order and the custom made clothing.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?
You have 24 hours to make any style or fit changes to your order. Please contact our customer service at info@hanin.com.hk

 

My garment does not fit. What should I do?
We will cover the cost of your local tailor up to $25 US Dollars, or remake it if you are not 100% satisfied with your first order.

 

How do I get reimbursed for alterations?
Send your receipt and alterations details to info@hanin.com.hk

The window to apply is 30 days starting from the day you receive your order, so make sure you submit before then.

  • The cost for alterations up to $25 US Dollars will be refund in Store Credits which will be valid for 6 months from the date of your previous order.

 

I need a remake. What do I do?
If your first new garment does not fit, please send us a picture of you in the garment so we know where to make the improvement. Front, back and side please. Send the pictures to info@hanin.com.hk

  • All remakes are subject to stock and fabric availability. If your fabric is not available you can choose replacement fabric of equal or lesser value.

 

How long does it take to do a remake?
No longer than your first order, within 21 days plus shipping time to deliver to your door.

 

Do I need to return the original item in order to proceed with a remake?
Yes please. Your pictures along with the original garment will ensure a perfect remake. Please contact us at info@hanin.com.hk

Please make sure the product has its original tags and packing in place. It should be unused, unwashed and unworn.

Customers will be required to pay return shipping costs.

 

 

Non-Custom Made Products:
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you need to exchange, return or refund your item, here's the good news: you get 30 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order. We just ask that you take care of the cost of shipping the merchandise back.

Please make sure the product has its original tags and packing in place. It should be unused, unwashed and unworn.

What packaging should I use for an exchange or a return?

You can put it right back into the packaging that your products were originally shipped in or you can use any shipping container.

 

How long do I have to decide if I want to keep the items?
We accept unused, unwashed and unworn non-custom made products for a full refund within 30days starting from the day you receive your order.

If it is over the 30 days? We will accept merchandise returned up to 45 days, but we will just provide store credit.

 

How long will it take to process your exchange or return?
Once we receive the unused, unwashed and unworn merchandise back, we will process your exchange, refund/credit within a week.

 

How and when will I get my refund?
We will process your refund through your original form of payment within 7 days of the return.
